While teaching on the subject of economics in local grammar and secondary schools, Stephen Goldsbrough came across the framework for Doughnut Economics set out by the economist, Kate Raworth. This inspired him to set up The Doughnut Party in order to help people become Change Makers in their homes, workplaces and community.

Stephen is passionate about finding a balance between growing the economy, living sustainably and being compassionate to all humanity, whatever background they come from. It is important for humans to thrive in the world harmoniously with nature and cultivate healthy communities for everyone to live in.
